Locating next to 1 Utama Shopping Centre, The Roof was built at the highest level of 1st Avenue, Bandar Utama. The Roof is a premium integrated F&B and entertainment hub, comprising of 5 distinct outlets which respectively gives you an unique and unforgetable experience:

1) STRATOSPHERE

A garden-themed rooftop bar on a very spacious green field,
facing the scenery of the entire Bandar Utama.

2) PLAY

A very happening themed club with all the perfect music & DJs.
Wonderful experience dancing on the stage with all the hot & cold effects!

3) MALT & LEAF

A classy, comfy cigar lounge, with fascinating night view.

4) SCORE

A sport bar facilitated with foosball, pool, and darts,
for you to enjoy your game, with some snacks and beer!

5) SIGNATURE by THE HILL

A high class bar, lounge & restaurant by THE HILL,
previously situated at Damansara Heights (now ceased operation).

Signature has very classy, stylish, and romantic ambiance that suits all the couples or best friends, for a decent fine dining session. However, it is rather noisy prior to the live band music at the bar lounge.

Bar lounge is just located next to the dining area. 

Live band music is available during specific hours.

Great live band it has. The singer has wonderful voice and I like 

how she sings all the songs passionately.

Besides than the specialty cocktails initiated by the former THE HILL, there are wines too.

Wines can be ordered by glass, depends on the availability.

The top seller of their specialty cocktail, watermelon slush, is a fresh watermelon hearted with cocktail. Overall, it is sweet with very fruity taste, but very mild in alcohol.

Coco's Nutz has nice santan fragrance,
made up of malibu, rum, banana liqueur, and coconut cream

For a stronger cocktail with more "ohm", Weed Killer would be your preference.

Very strong absinthe, added along with rum, vodka, gin & tequila.

Milo Ais for a sweeter preference.

Iced milo added with rum, baileys & kahlua.

A very refreshing, fruity cocktail infused with smirnoff apple vodka. 

Hawaii 5-0

Signature serves delectable meals, thereof it would be great for you to get the appetiser, salad, entree, and dessert at once to enjoy a four course meal here.

For non-alcoholic-er, fragrance tea would be a nice choice, comes with selections of English breakfast tea, Earl Grey tea, and Camomile tea.

For the starters, Signature's soft shell crab salad is served with red radish, cherry tomatoes, and veggies in wafu dressing. Soft shell crab is succulent and fried up to the right amount of crunchiness, not overbattered and doesn't taste oily. It would be better if the dressing is less salty.

Caesar salad is a good one if you opt for a lighter starter. Salad dressing is evenly spreaded on the lettuces that you won't feel dry in consuming them. Dried beef, crunchy croutons, peach slices, and cheese subsequently enhance the taste. 

Summer Duck is decent in the sense that it is awesomely nice when u consume the smoked duck together with melon, longan & feta cheese in peach dressing. Refreshing, juicy, yet perfectly matched!

For the meats, besides than their palatable beef ribs and salmon, country roasted whole chicken leg is a good one too. The chicken meat is tender and juicy, well match with the stuffed mashed potatoes and spinach.

Pasta would be a better option for those who opt for a more satiated meal. Every pasta is distinctively flavoured and gives us high contentment of consuming it.  

Signature grilled salmon pasta is very rich in flavour as it is a
creamy tomato-based sauce that tastes heavenly nice.
Salmon is perfectly grilled that it is good to eat it solely too. 

Giant meatball "bomb" linguine served in less greasy sauteed tomato sauce,
is appetisingly nice. The giant meatball is made of
juicily braised minced beef, stuffed with potatoes and eggs.

Pollo pesto fettuccine is a grilled chicken fettuccine,
which is extremely creamy in flavour,
spiced with sauteed basil pesto and dried tomato.
It is a good alternative for the carbonara lovers.

Apart from these, I am looking forward to try their white wine clams spaghetti 

and squid ink spaghetti next. ;D

Others than the Western, to satisfy the local cravings, fine local cuisine is served too. To be more outstanding, Signature infuses its creativity into their local dishes. Hence, unique, delicate local food you could obtain here. For example, spicy dry coconut curry beef, grilled caramel oxtail, and wagyu beef flat rice noodle.

Dessert is a compulsory part to end a fabulous fine dining session. In terms of the sweet confections, Signature is recognised for its trio creme brulee (comes with ginger, coffee, and classic flavours) & the spicy chocolate lava.

It was a simple yet wonderful dining experience with my besties in Signature, The Roof. Great environment, adding on to the fact that the food are finely and promptly served, subsequently impressed me. I am anticipating for a more exciting dining experience here in the near future!
