Flat white in the Flat White..

Ever since amount of cafes has grown tremendously in Klang Valley, brunch has become an essential part of it. Flat white is one of the cafes in Subang SS15 that serves brunches apart from the cakes. It is a good place for the Taylor-ians & Inti-ians to chill since it is strategically located same row as the Starbucks Coffee (upstairs).

Walking upwards the stairs, you can see the great effort and creativity they put on designing the cafe. 

Flat White cafe has wooden, classy interior design that makes us feel comfy to stay up longer. However, during peak hours in the weekends, there is always not enough capacity to occupy too much customers where empty tables are only available at the outdoor smoking area. 

The classic design of Flat White is the periodic table of coffee drawn on the black board.

What kind of flavour are you more into?

A strong feeling of returning back to the old school times, everything is chalk written on the black board. ;D

Besides than the compulsory cup of coffee, Flat White serves various kinds of breakfast, pasta, and sandwich.

   They offer a promotion on brunch set too (not sure if it is still available now)

- same price but in portion of 2 and comes with 2 drinks.

As usual, cakes for the dessert lovers..

We have the Daily Express at home & Flat White has their own version of Flatwhite Daily. A great round of applause should be given for their artistic work! xP

 

Flat White has good coffee but not in the top list of my coffee preference.

For the all day breakfast, you could choose either to go for the American / European / Mediterranean / Tunisian / Canadian.

American breakfast for 2 comes with the scramble eggs,
beef bacon, chicken chipolata, sauteed button mushrooms,
 hash brown, grilled vines tomatoes, and signature toast.
Nothing different from the normal big breakfast.

Tunisian for 2 is a sizzling pan of dice tomato, onions, and red capsicums,
flooded over the chicken sausages and sunny side up eggs,
served with the signature toast.
This is uniquely nice and not as boring as having the normal kind of breakfast.
The tomato-ish gravy is superb!

Pastas are good enough but nothing much to shout about.

There are plenty of cafes in Subang SS15, but for a good brunch, Flat White would be one of my preferable options. It might not be the best brunch I had, but the special kinds of breakfast would be the point for me to go for it.

Of course, a great environment with nice setting would be another point to retain my visit. ;P

Cosans Coffee @ Subang SS15

A coffee a day, keep the "blues" away~

"Cafe" has recently become the latest trend for us to yumcha where Subang SS15 is one of the areas which is overpopulated with all the cafes. Besides than Coffea Coffee, Cosans Coffee is another cafe with the best coffee and cakes, locating same row as Canai. To further expand, Cosans Coffee has commenced its second branch in Solaris Mont Kiara.

Cosans Coffee is an ancient British designed cafe which is considerably spacious, classy, and stylish. I love the environment here that makes me feel homey and comfy. Despite its large capacity, it is often full house at the weekend's midnight and additional table & seats will be placed in the aisle outside.

This is probably one of the most magnificent coffee bar that I have seen. ;P

In terms of food, others than the cakes and pastries displayed on the counter, there are also sandwiches and salads.

Cosans Coffee offers a wide range of drinks. Besides than the various kinds of coffee, they do have tea, tea latte, frappe, as well as smoothie.

Cosans Coffee serves good, mild coffee. The foam is always perfectly steamed, that gives us a great texture of drinking it. In addition, Cosans Coffee has nice mocha in terms of taste and texture. For your information, only few cafes could serve a decent cup of mocha.

The best part of Cosans Coffee is their food. Cafes with nice coffee unnecessarily serve tasty food, but Cosans Coffee definitely is the exception one. I deeply fall in love with their cakes, which taste heavenly nice and I could always crave for it.

Banana torte is my all time favourite! ♥♥♥

Previously, only cakes and pastries were served. In order to widen the choices for customers, Cosans Coffee has subsequently introduced the sandwiches and salads. Sandwiches here are huge in portion, flavours are uniquely mix and match, special yet delicious!

P/S: Haven't try their salads, probably the next visit will do! =P

Their signature blackcurrent smoked duck sandwich -
very juicy and sweet with its blackcurrent sauce,
perfectly match with the smoky ducks, onions, etc.

Cosans Coffee earns credits on their decent coffee, delicious cakes and food. Great environment adding on to attract and retain the loyal customers to visit it over and over again. Although it is a bit pricey in comparing with other cafes, but its quality and the portion given might worth it.
